ReUzit On State’s Silent Auction Policy

 

1. Register to obtain a Bid Number at Customer Service or the Silent Auction counter. The bid number assigned, and the last four digits of the phone number provided will be necessary to place a bid. Registration contact information must be kept up to date.

 

2. Inspect the Silent Auction item, do your research and locate the item’s picture and description, including minimum bid required, at the Silent Auction Kiosk.

 

3. When placing a bid, the bidder agrees to purchase the item at the amount entered if they are the winner. Customers can choose to have a text confirmation sent to their phone number on record. Customers can follow the Silent Auction either by clicking the link in their text, or by going directly to reuzitonstate.org and clicking on Silent Auction. This online listing provides live information, but All Bidding is Done In-Store.

 

4. The winner of an item is the highest bidder after no other bid has been placed for six full business days. The winner will receive a call the following business day.

 

5. The winner has six business days to pay and pick up the item. Failure to claim item within the designated time frame will result in loss of item and may possibly result in loss of bidding privileges.

 

6. Some Silent Auction items have a “Buy It Now” option with a set price. Interested customers have the option to bid or pay the set price for immediate purchase.

 

7. When a Silent Auction item reaches 12 weeks after the first bid, the last three bidders will be given the opportunity to make a final sealed bid. The winner will be the highest sealed bid.

 

8. ReUzit On State’s policy is all sales are final, this includes Silent Auction items.

 

9. Failure to follow the Silent Auction Policy will result in suspension of bidding privileges.
